My name is Daphne Rutenberg, and my husband and I run Daphne the Balloon Girl & More. We do balloon decorating and balloon twisting, but we are also known for our costume characters, airbrush face painting, green screen photography, and more. We can provide entertainment for a special event, or you can get special discounts by hiring us through the monthly family night package.
